The platform includes a 7-day trial plan so customers can test the agent before choosing a paid plan.
Monthly and yearly plans
Refund eligibility depends on the policy configured by the platform owner. As a default template, customers should request refunds within 7 days of payment if the service has not been substantially used.
One-time plans
One-time/lifetime purchases may be non-refundable after activation, unless the platform owner approves a refund manually.
Payment provider fees
Gateway fees, currency conversion fees, and bank charges may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.
How to request a refund
Contact the site administrator with your account email, invoice number, payment reference, and reason for the refund request.
